Checklist
Your checklist
33 UK milestones, dated from your wedding day.
Starting it, then keeping it yours.
- Press Start your plan. Every milestone is dated backwards from your wedding day, so the day has to be in Wedding details first.
- Read down it and tick off what is already done. Plenty of couples find the first few are.
- Tap a title to open it. Each one carries a note saying why it matters now rather than later.
- Say whose job it is, under Who is doing this — either of you, or your planner. Anyone is the default.
- Add your own with Something of your own: what it is, and when.
- If the date moves, change it in Wedding details and every milestone moves with it — each is stored as a distance from the day, not as a fixed date.
Deleting puts something In the bin rather than destroying it, and the bin empties only when you say so. A milestone that looked irrelevant in March is one you may want back in July.
What is in it
Checklist is the answer to “what should we be doing”, which is what most people open this product for. It starts with 33 milestones written for a wedding in the UK — giving notice at the register office, the registrar, insurance — laid out from a year before the day to the week of it.
- Every date is worked out from your wedding day, so if the date moves, they all move with it.
- Add your own, edit any of them, tick them off.
- Assign a milestone to one partner or to your planner, so it is clear whose job it is.
- Shift the whole plan at once if you are running ahead or behind.
- Deleting puts something in a bin rather than destroying it, and you can empty that when you are sure.
