Your account
Signing in, changing your address, and closing an account.
Changing how you get in.
- Open Settings. Signing in is the first panel.
- Put in a New password to change it, or a new address to sign in with.
- Confirm the new address from the message we send to it. Until you do, the old one still works, so a typo cannot lock you out.
This is your own way in and nothing else. The address guests write to belongs to the wedding, not to you, and does not change when this does.
Signing in
Both partners sign in to the same wedding and see the same thing — there is no “main” account and no second-class one.
You can change the email address you sign in with, or your password, under Settings. Changing your sign-in address does not change the address guests write to, which belongs to the wedding rather than to you.
Who can edit this wedding
Settings lists everybody who can edit — both partners, and any planner you have invited. You can withdraw an invitation that has not been accepted, or remove somebody who has.
Closing an account
You can close the account from Settings. When a wedding is deleted everything attached to it goes too: guests, replies, dietary requirements, the seating plan and the photographs you uploaded.
Your site stays up after the day unless you take it down. Nothing is deleted when the date passes, and you can take your guest list with you whenever you want it.
